Navigate to our YourGolfBooking venue (https://yourgolfbooking.com/venues/birdie-house/booking)and select "Hourly Booking". The minimum time you can book a simulator for is 30 minutes. If you realize you need more time, you can extend your booking if no one has booked the simulator after you. Typically we recommend between 1-1.5 hours per person depending on a few factors: • Experience level • Playing for fun or working on your technique • Transition time between players and/or socialization • Warm up time (be sure to book enough time to include warming up)

If you'd like to modify your booking, navigate to the bookings page (https://yourgolfbooking.com/account/bookings)on YourGolfBooking. https://static.wixstatic.com/media/fa3b94_6aac362684f147138a070cecaf0579f2~mv2.png Find the booking you'd like to modify and click into it. Then click on Cancel Booking: https://static.wixstatic.com/media/fa3b94_761340fc31db401eaf008e3bd56c3c55~mv2.png Simply locate your booking and select the option to cancel. This will issue an account credit that can be applied to a future booking. The system cannot move a booking unfortunately. Please note: you may see a generic message indicating that a credit may not be issued, however, that is not the case and you will receive it. You should have received a confirmation email from YourGolfBooking that has the codes for your booking. If they aren't in the email, please navigate to the bookings page (https://yourgolfbooking.com/account/bookings)on YourGolfBooking. Once there, navigate to the specific one you're looking for and click on it. After booking your time, you will receive an email confirmation along with your six-digit Openpath PIN. This PIN will unlock the main door 5 minutes prior to your time slot. You can also use the PIN to unlock the door at any point throughout your booking time. It will not work after your time is over, so please ensure you take everything with you when it's time to leave. Once the PIN has been entered, press the enter key on the smart door lock and you will be granted entry. Then you can walk over to the bay you booked and use four-digit Lock Screen PIN to activate your Trackman bay. Please be mindful of other golfers finishing up their rounds. We recommend bringing: • Your own clubs and glove • An unmarked, clean golf ball, you can use any you'd like (we will also supply some in the bays) • A clean pair of golf shoes or sneakers (no outdoor spikes, please) • Optional: a water bottle or snacks (no alcohol permitted on-site)
